Life is changing around here because....

 

 

 

Caroline is crawling!

 

 

 



7 months

Caroline Grace, you are 7 months old!

 

 



 

You are sitting up! You aren't exactly crawling yet but you will scoot on your stomach to get whatever you want.

 

You are a great eater. You love apples, pears, squash, carrots and bananas.

 

You weigh almost 16 lbs.

 

You are pulling up in your bed!

 

 

You can baby plank!

 

We love you so much sweet girl! We are blessed to have you!

 

6 months

Caroline Grace, you are 6 months old!

 



You are a mover!!!

 

I'm almost positive you will crawl before you sit up!

 

Your favorite thing to eat is applesauce. I made you fresh peas yesterday but you were not to sure about that:)

 

 

You love to be tickled!

 

 

I'm thinking you weigh about 16lbs. We go for your check-up next week and we'll know for sure.

 

You are reaching for everything! If you are playing on the floor and see something you want you will scoot and roll to get to it!

 



 

You take 2 or 3 naps a day and you are sleeping all night!

You are a wonderful baby and we just love you to pieces!

Graham is FOUR!!

Time really does fly by! My baby boy is 4 years old now. He already says he is ready to be five:) I'm not ready for that.

I want you to know that I love you with all my heart!!! I am so proud that you are my little boy! You are the sweetest big brother to Caroline. You love to make her smile and when she cries you say "don't worry baby Caroline...I'll be right there..don't cry!" Sweet!

 

You are the smartest little thing and very inquisitive! I really believe you are your daddy made over:)You ask TONS of questions about everything! You have a very strong will which is a good thing. I pray everyday you will use that strong will of yours for the Lord one day:)  The Lord has BIG plans for you!

You love superheros! You told me yesterday you wanted to be superman when you grow up so you can fly in the sky:)

 

You are also the funniest little boy I know. You make your Daddy and I laugh everyday with the things you do and say!

You are loved by so many, mostly by a REAL superhero named JESUS!

5 months

I'm just a little late getting this up. Having 2 kids now and wanting to spend any extra time I have with Jeremy doesn't leave me much time to blog. Oh well-at least I'm getting it done:)

Caroline Grace is 5 months old and I really wish time would slow down. I love this baby stage and want to treasure every minute!

 

Caroline, here's what you've been up to..

- You weigh about 15 lbs

 

- You are in a size 2 diaper

- You wear 6 months clothes

- Your eyes are blue

- Some days you sleep really well and others you take a few (very short) naps. You are sleeping through the night

 

- You LOVE to stand up and sit up in our laps. You really don't like to lay down on your back. You  like tummy time and playing with your toys. Graham loves to bring you toys.

 

 

- You are working on sitting up but you're not quite there

- Lately, you love to blow bubbles...even at 5:30am

- You are grabbing everything

- You have just a little bit of hair...I'm pretty sure you will have a head full of brown hair

- No teeth yet, but you are CONSTANTLY chewing on your hands or anything else you can get in your mouth

- You love your brother and you smile so big at him

4 months!

 

 

Caroline, you are 4 months old!

 

 

- You weigh 13 lbs and are 24 1/4 inches long!

 

- Most nights you sleep through the night but you still get up some nights to eat.

 

- you are rolling over like crazy!

 

- You smile all the time and love to have someone talk to you.

 

- You love watching your big brother and he loves to make you smile too!

 

- You are constantly chewing on your hands...or anything you can get your hands on...I really do think you're teething.

 

- You love to "talk" and make loud dinosaur like sounds:)

 

- You are the easiest and happiest baby EVER!! I am so thankful for you!

 

- I love watching you and Graham together. Graham is so sweet with you and I can tell he loves you so much!

SSMT #1

The new year is here and there is one thing I plan on sticking to this year. Memorizing God's Word. With that, I am joining Beth Moore and her SSMT ( Siesta scripture memory team ) this year. Twice a month I will be posting scripture that I will memorizing. The verse I choose each time will mean something to me and the present season I am in. God's Word is Power and praying His word this year is my weapon against this fallen world and Satan.

So here is my first...

"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."

Christmas

 Christmas was special this year. I was the best year so far with Graham because he actually understood everything. It was also special because it was Caroline's first Christmas. She was the greatest gift God gave us this year.

 

Graham could not wait to see what Santa brought!

He loved his new bike!

 

 

She loves the bouncy seat Santa brought!!

 

Can't wait till next year!!

Caroline is 3 months!!

I am very late getting this up but at least I'm getting it done before the new year!

Caroline Grace, you are 3 months old. I wish I could bottle you up and keep you this little because you are pure sweetness!

- At your appointment you weighed 11 lbs 12 oz and you're 23.5 inches long
- You have discovered your hands and they are always in your mouth (I really think you are teething)

 

- You are a mover!! I have started laying you down in your bed when you're sleepy and most of the time you fall asleep on your own. You never really cry...you just move around a lot before you go to sleep.

 

- Since you are quite the mover you have rolled over many times from stomach to back. Some nights I have to roll you back on your belly so you can sleep.
- You have started batting at toys and grabbing them.

 

- You still wake up once a night to eat.
- You still take about 4 naps a day.
- You are a very happy baby and you smile a lot. Melts this momma's heart. 
- you only cry when you're tired or hungry

Your Daddy, Graham and I love you so much! You have been a great gift to our family!!

Caroline is TWO months old!!!!

Caroline - You are two months old!!!

 

 

 

You are the SWEETEST baby!!! You are starting to "talk" to us and it just melts my heart!!!

 

We took you to the doctor yesterday you weigh 10lbs 12 oz. You were not very happy about  the 4 shots they gave you but big brother was there to hold your hand:) He loves to help out any way he can.

 

 

 

You are wearing 0-3 month clothes and wearing a size 1 diaper.

 

You take several naps a day and usually get up once a night to feed. Last night you slept for an 8 hour stretch.

 

 

 

You LOVE to smile!! You are a very happy baby unless you are hungry or tired.

 

Caroline Grace, we are crazy about you and we are so thankful the Lord blessed us with you!!!! You have made our family complete:)

 

And I had to compare you and big brother at two months....

 

I loved Graham so much before you were born (and now) and now my love has doubled! I love you both so very much!!!
